Our tomato sauce is obtained from tomatoes of Italian origin only with a homemade method that does not alter the organoleptic properties of the product. The method consists of a first manual crushing and a subsequent draining of the tomato before passing it through it. Pasteurization is at 90 ° C, in a bain-marie, and is followed by a sudden cooling of the product.
