Ingredients:
Peppers 68%, onions 18%, extra-virgin olive oil , sea salt, sour white wine vinegar, brown sugar.
This cream is obtained from a mix of fresh organic red and yellow peppers picked when ripe. The type of processing and the choice of top quality ingredients give the cream a tasty and delicate flavor.
Peppers naturally rich in nutrients and vitamins, thanks to vacuum processing (which maintains very low temperatures), best preserve their characteristics (color, flavor, vitamins, nutrients).
The pepper cream guarantees a very versatile and "ready to use" use, from classic croutons, to ready-to-use condiments for pasta, risotto, etc.
Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator by adding a drizzle of oil on the surface.

RECIPE
Pasta with pepper cream and tuna fish (for 4 people):
- 400 g Tagliatelle ricce Integrali La Madre Terra
- 5-6 tablespoons of Pepper cream La Madre Terra
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil La Madre Terra
- 2-3 pinch sea salt
- half a clove of garlic
- 200 g Tuna fish in oil
- 2-3 fresh basil leaves
Method
In a pot with plenty of salted water, cook the pasta. Meanwhile, drain the tuna. Drain the pasta, depending on the degree of cooking you prefer, leaving 3-4 tablespoons of cooking water aside. Season it with the pepper cream, the previously chopped tuna and also add the cooking water left aside. Put everything on a moderate heat for a couple of minutes, mixing to mix well.
Add the basil leaves and lunch is served!
