It is the result of a lot of research on raw materials and recipes, of new equipment and manufacturing processes and we believe that the result is really excellent! La Noccio e Ciocco contains precious, refined and naturally organic ingredients. The first ingredient, and therefore the one present in greater quantity, is the hazelnut (50%!), "Piedmont IGP Hazelnut" unmistakable to the eye, almost spherical brown in color, but also to the flavor; cocoa from fair trade crops ( 17% ) and brown sugar keep it company. The aromatic note of this spreadable cream is guaranteed by the very fragrant and precious natural Bourbon vanilla powder, another ingredient that ensures unmistakable quality and flavor.
