Ingredients: 

Mushrooms 64%, extra virgin olive oil 35%, garlic 0.5%, chili powder, peppercorns 0.1%, sour white wine vinegar, white wine, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, bay leaf..

The vegetables come from certified crops and are processed by us as soon as they are picked, in the principle of "small-medium quantities at a time".  After a very rigorous selection, only the healthiest pass to the slicing phase. Once carefully processed and acidified with sour wine vinegar, they are jarred with the use of extra virgin olive oil, obtained from olives of centuries-old plants grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, the same that we offer in the appropriate packages for sale.

Try them on croutons and bruschetta, or as a delicious side dish for all your seconds.
