GRAPE JUICE

Ingredients:

100% red grape juice. Contains naturally occurring sugars

The red grape juice, Mother Earth is made from 100% organic grapes, with no other added ingredients. It is obtained by soft pressing of the grapes, produced exclusively during the harvest (no concentrate). It all starts from the manual harvest and from a careful selection of our grapes: the best in terms of quality and organoleptic content are destined for the production of grape juice. The grapes are destemmed and cold macerated for a few hours in order to extract the color and polyphenols from the skins. They are then squeezed with a soft press thus obtaining the fresh must which, through cold decanting and filtration, is clarified. This is followed by bottling and pasteurization in a "bain-marie". These procedures have been adopted to extract and maintain as much of all the properties of the grape as possible, without the use of acidity regulators, sugars, preservatives and products of animal origin.  Grape juice is rich in vitamins, minerals and sugari. Endowed with a cooling effect, it reduces thirst and stimulates the activity of the kidneys, liver and intestines. Due to its composition it is called "vegetable milk" and is recommended in particular for younger children and lactating women. Moreover, due to its strong remineralizing power (rich in mineral salts including iron and potassium), it is suitable for those who practice sports and for anyone who has to face a job or a demanding effort. Also valid as an excellent detoxifier.
