COLD EXTRACTED
The production of this extra-virgin olive oil comes from the uncontaminated hill and rocky landscape of the Gargano National Park, in a place where olive groves were born spontaneously. It is an oil with high organoleptic characteristics, obtained from a perfect balance of olives and flavours.
PRODUCT OF ITALY – Place of origin: Gargano (Puglia).
The phases of the extraction process are certified by SGS Italy.
OIL AND HEALTH
We recommend using it preferably uncooked in order to express all its organoleptic characteristics. Extra-virgin olive oil gives food a unique taste and perfume and has also many nutritional properties that make it a very special dressing.
IT IS DIGESTIBLE
Its composition assures an excellent digestibleness. Indeed extra-virgin olive oil is the only dietary oil to be 100% digestible and for this reason it is particularly suitable for babies and the elderly.
IT CONTAINS GOOD FATS
It is rich in acid monounsaturated fats, which are essential for a correct development and for the good working of the organism. It increases good cholesterol (HDL) and it decreases the bad one (LDL).

IT CONTAINS E-VITAMIN
It is rich in E-vitamin and it is a powerful antioxidant that contrasts the action of free radicals who are responsible for cell ageing. E-vitamin is also able to reach newborn babies through breast-feeding, as it concentrates in the mammary gland. Through its action it also aids the functions of the reproductive system and has an anti-abortion effect, so that it has been defined as the vitamin of fertility.
A spoon of oil, that is about 16 mg, covers 15% of the daily recommended requirement of E-vitamin.
