ELDERFLOWER INFUSION 500ml

Ingredients:

Infusion of elderflowers 85%, brown sugar, infusion of lemon peel.

This delicious drink, based on infusion of elderflower and lemon peel, is a fresh and healthy alternative to classic carbonated drinks, perfect in every area of the day. Elderflowers are collected in a protected area of the Rimini hinterland (Valle del Conca). The infusion is obtained thanks to the slow maceration in cold water of the flowers together with brown sugar and whole lemons (at least 48 hours). Elderflowers have an excellent general purifying, anticatarrhal and antirheumatic, sudoriferous, diuretic and febrifuge action and also have a certain pain-relieving power.

Harvested in the hills of Romagna, these organic flowers become, through a delicate and respectful preparation, an excellent thirst-quenching drink rich in properties.  A corner of health and authenticity: the enhancement of small flowers and fruits, often wild, transformed into fresh and healthy drinks.
