Elder flowers infusion
Elder flowers are picked in a protected area of the Rimini hinterland (Conca Valley). The infusion is obtained thanks to the slow maceration of the flowers in cold water together with brown sugar and whole lemons (at least 48 hours). Elder flowers carry out an excellent general depurative action, as well as an anti-catarrhal and anti-rheumatic, sudorific, diuretic and febrifuge actions and they also have a certain pain-killing power.
