AUBERGINES IN OIL 200gr

Ingredients:

Aubergines 61%, extra virgin olive oil 39%, garlic, mint leaves, crushed red chilli, white wine, white wine vinegar, cane sugar, sea salt

The aubergines come from certified crops and are processed by us as soon as they are picked, according to the principle of "small-medium quantities at a time". After a very rigorous selection, only the healthiest ones go on to the slicing phase. Once carefully processed and acidified with wine vinegar, they are placed in jars with the use of extra virgin olive oil, obtained from olives of centuries-old trees grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, the same that we offer in the appropriate packages for the sale.

They are perfect as a quick side dish and to accompany dishes and croutons.
