It is an entirely fruit-based line we projected so that you may like it for its naturalness. 100-130 g. of fresh fruit for 100 g. of finished product, with the only addition of grapes sugar in order to make its taste more palatable, without covering or modifying it. No additives and no thickening agents added... We could but call it ALLFRUIT.

THE RECIPE

TYROLESE BISCUITS WITH SWEET STRAWBERRY CREAM

Ingredients:

250 g. of “0” flour “La Madre Terra”

½ bag of baking powder

100 g. of sugar

1 bag of vanillin

a pinch of salt

1 egg

125 g. of butter

“Strawberries” sweet cream “La Madre Terra” – as much as will suffice

Powdered sugar – as much as will suffice

 

Preparation:

Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve it, then make a well of it on a pastry board (or in a large bowl), add sugar, vanillin, salt, butter in small pieces and the egg.

Mix and knead all ingredients very well, until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, then wrap it with some cling film and put it in the fridge for an hour. Get the dough out of the fridge, roll the pastry out 3 mm thick and cut circular shapes with a diameter of 5cm with some pastry cutters. Make an even number of them as each biscuit is composed of a whole lower part and of an upper part with three holes (to be made with the utensil you use to cut away apple cores); now put the shapes of the biscuits on a baking-tin, previously covered with greaseproof paper. Put the biscuits in the oven and let them cook for 20 minutes at 180°; they don’t have to become very dark, so get them out of the oven a s soon as they become brown. Right after taking them out of the oven, so when they are still hot, get a whole shape and put half a teaspoon of jam in the middle of it, put a shape with holes on top of it and press it delicately. The biscuit is ready and you can put it on a tray: prepare the rest of the biscuits in the same way.

At the end sprinkle all the biscuits with abundant powdered sugar.
