Ingredients:

Tomato puree 91%, green olives 5.5%, capers 1.9%, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt.

Pasteurization is at 90 ° C, in a bain-marie, and is followed by a sudden cooling of the product.

Heat the sauce in a bain-marie and use it to season the pasta.
