Every day, our winemakers guided by educators of La Fraternità take care of the vines and the land that hosts them, carrying out an outdoor activity in a project that testifies how each person, if he is in a position to put his skills into practice, can contribute to the realization of a quality product.

Winemaking
Obtained from the manual harvest of Sangiovese grapes and in a small percentage of Merlot, they are vinified through an alcoholic fermentation in maceration for at least 10/12 days at temperatures not exceeding 24/25 ° C to improve the organoleptic bouquet of the finished wineAgeing

Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby wine with purple hues that has an intense aroma with hints of fruit and violet that soften on the palate in a round, long and pleasant aftertaste.
Excellent with traditional Romagna first courses, meat dishes, game and cheeses.
Origin:
Our vineyard is located on the hills of Borghi, in the hamlet of Tribola, a few kilometers from Santarcangelo, land of poets and artists from Romagna.

The Fraternity: our Cooperative, born in Rimini 30 years ago and since then has been working for the good of the community through projects and realities that deal with education and employment in 4 Italian regions. Fratternity puts the person at the center of society, starting with those who are most in difficulty, valuing the characteristics of each one.
The Garden: It is a nursery of seasonal plants, indoor and outdoor, in Pietracuta di San Leo. But it is also many other things: They design, build gardens and take care of public and private greenery. It is a place where, through the care of the green, we also take care of many situations of marginality.
The Hill of Poets: When we found ourselves having to look for a winery to entrust our grapes grown with so much patience we knocked on the door of Sauro and his partners. After listening to their passionate story about this farm on the hill of Spinalbeto, just outside Santarcangelo di Romagna, we had no doubts: the MOST has found its barrels.
