Chicory cream 200gr

Ingredients:

Chicory 71%, extra-virgin olive oil , lemon juice, orange juice, sea salt.

A vegetable cream that has all the flavor of fresh radicchio. Harvested at the right ripeness, selected manually and processed in an artisanal way together with other top quality ingredients, radicchio becomes an excellent condiment for pasta, rice or even for a touch of fantasy to your recipes. Often you go in a hurry but, with a cream in your pantry, you can still prepare an inviting and tasty dish.

Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator by adding a drizzle of oil on the surface.
