Aubergin 53%,  extra-vergin olive oil , stoned green olive, apple vinegar, sunflower seeds, garlic, capers, sea salt, acidity regulator: lactid acid, chilli powder.

Once you have opened the product, keep refrigerated adding a tiny bit of oil on its surface.
