Tomato puree 77%, carrots 12%, onion 6%, celery 4%, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.
We prepare sauces in small-medium quantities, to ensure a product that is always fresh. All stages of processing are strictly respectful of the products and all the ingredients used (aromas and vegetables) are of the highest quality and certified organic.
Pasteurization is at 90 ° C, in a bain-marie, and is followed by a sudden cooling of the product.
Heat the sauce in a bain-marie and use it to season the pasta.
