Produced in our laboratory from fresh Italian seasonal fruit (mainly local) organic and sweetened with grape sugar which, thanks to its neutral color and flavor, enhances the natural taste of the fruit. 100-130 grams of fresh fruit used for every 100 g of finished product, without pectin or additives or added thickeners. Obtained with fruit, selected by hand. To the consolidated extremely artisanal processing, the benefits of the steam system have been added: the result is a product that will amaze you with its genuine flavor and natural consistency.
