EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ,VINEGAR, BITTER

From the Gargano National Park an extra virgin olive oil that has in itself all the flavor of nature; obtained from centuries-old olive groves, naturally certified organic. The result is an oil of superior category, with high organoleptic characteristics, obtained from a perfect balance of olives and flavors, cold extracted by mechanical processes. From this same oil, to which we add fresh aromas, we also get aromatic oil. The vinegar is obtained by processing organic apples from val di Non. From an ancient Mediterranean recipe, reworked by our farm in Assisi, we also offer the bitter Olivetum, a product based on olive leaves and citrus fruits.
