Steam precooked oat flakes.

It is a very prestigious cereal from the nutritional point of view: actually it lowers bad cholesterol (LDL), it increases basal metabolism and the feeling of satiety (thanks to soluble fibres).

It is recognizable in particular for a high content of proteins, fats, fibres and carbohydrates.
